By accessing or using ResumeFast's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By using our service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Description of Service

ResumeFast provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to build and deploy applications. Our services include but are not limited to web hosting, database management, and development tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Some aspects of our service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ResumeFast and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeFast, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResumeFast and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
