Is ResumeFast free?
Building is free: unlimited resumes and cover letters, one ATS check a month and a plain-text (.txt) download. PDF and Word downloads come with Pro, billed monthly until you cancel. The price is in the Pricing section above.
What is an ATS, and why does single-column matter?
An applicant tracking system (ATS) is the software employers use to collect applications. It reads your resume into fields such as name, job titles and skills before a recruiter opens it. A single-column layout is read top to bottom in the order you wrote it, so nothing gets mixed up. No tool can promise how every employer’s ATS is set up, but a clean single column gives yours the best chance.
Is there a free trial?
There’s no trial because the Free plan has no time limit: build and edit for as long as you like. Pro is charged when you upgrade, then once a month until you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 7 days of a charge and we refund it in full. Email support@woberry.com.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your resumes and cover letters stay in your account.
What happens to my data?
We never share your personal information with third parties. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your settings.
Can I import my existing resume?
Yes. Upload a PDF or Word file, or the .zip data export from LinkedIn, and we fill in your sections for you to check. Reading a PDF or Word file uses AI credits.
Will the AI make things up?
No. It rewrites what you tell it and never invents numbers, employers or results. Nothing goes into your resume unless you pick it.
